Information Meeting

Attendance at an information meeting is the first step in becoming part of the Legacy family.  Information meetings are scheduled by appointment.  Please contact Jeana Francis at 936-237-4511 to schedule your appointment. We look forward to meeting you.

Student Application

Complete a Student Application for each student. Applications for acceptance will be handled in the order received. There is a $60 Application Fee. Early application is encouraged. We anticipate the need for a waiting list for some grade levels.  All students - even those who plan only to enroll in Enrichment classes - must complete the application process. Application packets will be available at the Information Meetings.

Family Interview & Student Testing

Schedule and attend Family Interview and Student Testing appointment. There is a $40 per child testing fee.

Pastor Recommendation

Obtain the Pastor Recommendation Form and have your child's pastor complete the form.

Transfer of Records

If you are transferring to Legacy PCA download the Request for Transfer of Records Form to have your child's prior school/medical records forwarded to Legacy.
